Delete Replenishment Advice Lines History

DELETE/api/v2/public/replenishmentadvicelineshistory

Marks replenishment advice history lines as synced so they are no longer returned. The lines are flagged rather than deleted, so history stays intact. Unknown or already marked ids are skipped, so the call is safe to retry.
